1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AiNouns, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Products & Subscriptions

AiNouns offers two types of products: (a) Starter Skill Packs (one-time purchase, prices as listed at checkout), and (b) Pro Subscriptions ($19/month billed monthly). All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window for Starter Packs from the date of purchase. For Pro Subscriptions, you may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refund requests for Pro Subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the charge. To request a refund, contact support@ainouns.com with your order details.

Subscription Terms

Pro Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer annual plans in v1.

4. Skill Submissions

By submitting skills to the marketplace, you represent that you have the right to share the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights. You agree to follow our community guidelines.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt the platform's functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

The AiNouns platform and its original content are protected by intellectual property laws. Skill submissions remain the property of their respective creators.

7. Disclaimers

General: Skills are workflow helpers, not legal or financial advice. AiNouns does not provide professional advice through skills.

Real Estate: Skills do not guarantee MLS compliance or listing quality. Always verify outputs against your local MLS rules and regulations.

Property Management: Skills are informational tools. Always verify tenant laws and regulations in your jurisdiction before acting on AI-generated content.

Insurance: Policy comparisons and coverage suggestions are informational only. Always verify carrier-specific terms before advising clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

AiNouns provides the platform as-is and does not warrant that skills will meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for the content or functionality of third-party skills. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform's community.

10. Content Rights

All skills AiNouns publishes are original (Milan or Claude-generated). Skills licensed to customers for use, not resale. Customers cannot redistribute skill content. We retain rights to iterate and improve skills.
